Join our team at the Neurosurgery/ENT Acute Care Unit at UNC Medical Center
Work with post-operative patients with head and neck malignancies, brain and spinal injuries, tumors, and stroke

Responsibilities:

Assist healthcare providers with examinations, procedures, and patient care documentation
Perform clerical tasks, maintain patient rooms, and coordinate communications in the unit
Order supplies, provide administrative support, and assist with quality assurance audits
Deliver direct personal care to patients following care plans and instructions
Provide patient education and assist in routine teaching

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED
Valid certifications as Nursing Assistant II, Nursing Assistant I, BLS, and CPR
At least one year of clerical or customer service experience and six months of nursing assistant experience
Fluency in English, with the ability to develop computer skills
