    Home Improvement Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

    • Engage directly with potential customers by addressing inquiries about our products and services
    • Manages customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to order requests
    • Suggests product solutions tailored to meet individual customer requirements
    • Gather and evaluate customer information to generate product or service reports.
    • Collaborates with the team to achieve collective goals and objectives
    • Stays updated on our product offerings to provide accurate information and maintain a competitive advantage against competitors
    • Executes any additional tasks as delegated.

    Home Improvement Customer Service Representative Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent is required
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications is highly regarded
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales or applicable role involving direct customer contact is required
    • Positive mentality and solution-focused attitude
    • Has a basic understanding of customer service principles including listening to the customers, building relationships, knowing the product and making every interaction count
    • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism
    • Must be able to function as part of a team as well as independently
