About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized Certified Bookkeeper with expert-level QuickBooks Desktop experience to manage full-cycle accounting for a diverse portfolio of entities.
This is a critical on-site role based in Santa Maria, CA, designed for a professional who thrives in a structured environment and seeks long-term career growth.
For the right candidate, this position offers a clear advancement path into an Office Manager role.Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Accounting:
Manage comprehensive bookkeeping for various business entities.
AR/AP Management:
Oversight of all Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing.
Reconciliations:
Perform precise monthly bank, account, and credit card reconciliations.
Data Integrity:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all documentation is timely and organized.
Process Support:
Assist with internal accounting processes and financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
Certification:
Must be a Certified Bookkeeper.
Software Expertise:
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is mandatory.
Technical Skills:
Strong computer literacy with excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Core Competencies:
Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and professional communication skills.
Preferred Background & Skills
Industry Experience:
Prior experience in Real Estate or Construction is highly preferred.
Bilingual:
Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus.
