The Small Pallet Engineering Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and leading the development, design, and improvement of the small pallet mold product line.

Essential Functions

• Supervises the small pallet engineering team, managing workload distribution, PTO calendar, travel schedule, and expense reports.
• Collaborates with the Molds Project Manager to establish a prioritized schedule for small pallet molds.
• Establishes modules and standards for small pallet product line across all manufacturing locations.
• Ensures accuracy of prints prior to releasing.
• Organizes and conducts design reviews for all small pallet mold attachments.
• Ensures that molds are inspected by engineering prior to shipping.
• Works with Director of Mold Operations to identify components that can be relocated between sites.
• Responsible for reviewing ECOs for small pallets.
• Enter ECRs as necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education :
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

Experience :
At least five years of experience in engineering and/or manufacturing.

Skills :
Strong analytical and management skills. Sound knowledge of engineering theory and design criteria. Ability to lead a team with good communication. Must be able to understand manufacturing processes. Familiarity with EPICORE business system preferred.

Requirements :
Must be willing to travel.
An office environment in a controlled atmospheric building.
