- Texas A&M University Health Science Center
- Provides leadership and guidance to the Health Science Center in planning and implementing budget strategies, provides oversight of the allocation of funds.
- Provides supervision and direction to financial accountant and financial analyst supporting the budget office.
- Directly works with the agency CFO along with Budget and Reporting staff to coordinate the budget process effectively and efficiently.
- Leads and supervises the budget process, including analysis of internal and external financial data to assist in developing short and long-range budget strategies for the Health Science Center.
- Coordinates with CFO to provide review and oversight for HSC administrative accounts.
- Coordinates legislative analysis, budget preparation, and the forecast of capital assets and operating costs.
- Participates in the bi-annual development of the legislative appropriations request.
