Description

ARIAS is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone who is driven by passion and purpose. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are pioneers in our field. In this role, you will immerse yourself in our processes by servicing our existing base of 2,000 clients, cultivating relationships to attract new clients, and leading a small team to achieve the same goals.

As you become proficient in training and mentoring your team, you will progress towards the role of Agency Director, mastering essential skills through our established systems and processes. This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

Key Responsibilities:

Service existing client base
Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
Supervise team activities and track results
Train and mentor new team members on existing systems
Provide daily reports on field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and attention to detail
Proven time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally demanding environment
Passion for client interactions and relationship building
Previous sales or customer service experience
Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
Active involvement in the community
Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce knowledge preferred)

Licensing Requirements:

Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
Clean background check and personal transportation are required
Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression
