As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide coordinated care to residents in a skilled nursing facility under the leadership of a Registered Nurse. Your objective is to achieve patient goals and maintain high-quality patient care while demonstrating accountability and responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing direct care responsibilities and supervisor responsibility for nursing assistants
• Administering medications and treatments timely according to policy
• Receiving, transcribing, and carrying out physician orders
• Following established procedure for charting
• Patient assessments, coordination of care
