We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate new strategic initiatives aligned to our Desktop strategy within SI. In this role, you will drive complex, cross-functional and cross-site programs, ensuring strong alignment between engineering teams, product stakeholders, and platform governance bodies. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and coordination. You will join at a critical moment, as the organization is defining and deploying a new Innovation Execution Model. The ability to onboard quickly, bring structure to emerging topics, and contribute immediately is essential to the success of this role

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and follow-up of programs across multiple teams and geographic locations.
Ensure effective coordination and alignment between cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Operations, and Architecture.
Build, maintain, and communicate a clear program roadmap, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
Facilitate decision-making and ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues.
Drive transparent communication across teams and proactively identify misalignments or execution risks.
Prepare and present regular status updates, dashboards, and executive-level reports for leadership and steering committees.
Ensure synchronization and close collaboration with brand-specific project managers to maintain alignment across related initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in complex, international, multi-stakeholder environments.
Strong experience working with distributed, multi-site teams across different time zones and cultures.
Demonstrated capability in cross-functional coordination involving engineering, product management, and system or platform architecture teams.
Solid background in program governance, planning, dependency management, and risk management.
Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced and evolving environments, with a strong aptitude for structuring ambiguous or early-stage topics.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); proficiency in French is highly desirable.

Nous recherchons un(e) Program Manager expériementé. Vous piloterez et coordonnerez de nouvelles initiatives stratégiques alignées sur notre stratégie Desktop au sein de SI. Vous conduirez des programmes complexes, transverses et multi-sites, en garantissant une forte cohérence entre les équipes d'ingénierie, les parties prenantes produit et les instances de gouvernance des plateformes. Vous interviendrez à l'intersection entre stratégie, exécution et coordination.

Vous rejoignez l'entreprise à un moment clé, alors que nous définissons et déployons un nouveau modèle d'exécution de l'innovation. Votre capacité à monter rapidement en compétence, structurer des sujets émergents et contribuer immédiatement sera essentielle pour réussir dans ce rôle.

Responsabilités principales

Piloter la planification, l'exécution et le suivi des programmes impliquant plusieurs équipes et sites géographiques.
Assurer une coordination efficace et un alignement entre les parties prenantes transverses : R&D, Product Management, Qualité, Opérations et Architecture.
Construire, maintenir et communiquer une feuille de route programmatique claire, incluant jalons, dépendances, risques et plans de mitigation.
Faciliter la prise de décision et assurer l'escalade et la résolution rapide des problèmes.
Favoriser une communication transparente entre équipes et identifier de manière proactive les risques de mauvaise coordination ou d'exécution.
Préparer et présenter des mises à jour régulières, tableaux de bord et rapports à destination de la direction et des comités de pilotage.
Assurer la synchronisation et une collaboration étroite avec les chefs de projets dédiés aux marques afin de garantir la cohérence entre les initiatives connexes.

Compétences Et Qualifications Requises

10+ années d'expérience avérée en tant que Chef(fe) de Projet ou Program Manager dans des environnements complexes, internationaux et multiacteurs.
Forte expérience du travail avec des équipes distribuées, multi-sites, opérant sur différents fuseaux horaires et dans différentes cultures.
Capacité démontrée à coordonner des acteurs transverses, notamment les équipes d'ingénierie, de gestion de produit et d'architecture système ou plateforme.
Solide expérience en gouvernance programme, planification, gestion des dépendances et gestion des risques.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans des environnements dynamiques et en évolution, avec un fort sens de la structuration de sujets ambigus ou en phase amont.
Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais (oral et écrit) ; la maîtrise du français est fortement souhaitée.
