    We are seeking an experienced and highly driven professional to enhance the strategic development of our organization. This critical role requires an individual who is both analytical and articulate, ideally with a strong background in banking operations and customer service management. This is a full-time position located onsite, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

    Requirements of the Bank Operations Manager:

    • A college degree and at least 5 years of related experience in banking, particularly in branch operations and customer service management.
    • An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
    • Extensive knowledge of the banking industry, regulatory compliance, and operational procedures.
    • Demonstrated supervisory, sales, and customer service skills.
    • Excellent decision-making abilities with a talent for building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
    • Commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of adapting to new technologies.
    Responsibilities of the Bank Operations Manager:
    • Oversee daily operations of the bank branch, excluding lending activities.
    • Manage hiring, termination, performance reviews, and coaching of tellers and customer service staff.
    • Ensure staffing levels are adequate and manage work schedules.
    • Maintain branch compliance with all policies and prepare for internal audits.
    • Monitor and enhance service levels through staff coaching.
    • Handle complex customer issues and inquiries.
    • Oversee branch opening and closing procedures.
    • Lead promotional campaigns and communicate product initiatives.
    • Fulfill other duties as required.
