Job summary
The Outdoor School Field Instructors assume responsibility for the planning and implementation of field-based environmental education programs at residential Outdoor Science School sites.This position is overnight, requiring the employee to live on-site during the work week Monday-Friday. Room and board are provided. Our program operates at multiple sites in Northwest Oregon near the following communities; Vernonia, Salem, Cloverdale, Rockaway Beach, and Welches.
Employee will be compensated 50 hours per week.,
Qualifications
,- ,College graduate or equivalent amount of directly related experience,,Ability and desire to work with children and be outdoors,
- Prior work and/or volunteer experience in a teaching capacity is preferred,
- Training, knowledge, and previous work experience with relevant subject matter, ,
