    PART-TIME INTERNATIONAL LITIGATION PARALEGAL NEEDED (10+ hours/week)

    International Litigation Paralegal needed to support a busy practice on the East Coast in the area of International Arbitration. The focus of the firm is to develop and maintain long-term client partnerships through the creation of an exceptional client experience, in a culture oriented law firm. A polished, detail-oriented, highly responsive, proactive paralegal with a positive attitude and experience in complex litigation is a must, as well as the below qualifications. This is a remote position.

    Experience and Hard Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a litigation paralegal, REQUIRED;
  • Experience working remotely, REQUIRED;
  • Experience managing deadlines and calendars with precision;
  • Experience with billing time;
  • Experienced in preparing exhibits for depositions;
  • Experience organizing and maintaining files;
  • Experience drafting engagement letters;
  • Experience in drafting shell briefs
  • Solid understanding of case flow;
  • Solid proofreading skills
  • Highly responsive, communicative, and organized, with the ability to timely keep partners with whom they work organized and calendared.
  • Soft Skills:

  • Skilled and candid communicator with excellent attention to details;
  • Proactivity and reliability are your forté, and you are proud of it, working with partners only in an international business model;
  • You are not afraid to ask questions in any and all gray areas so that your work product is pristine;
  • You take ownership of your work product and the tasks assigned to you;
  • Ability to be flexible and work with shifting priorities.
  • Technology:

  • PC required;
  • Experienced user of Microsoft programs (expert knowledge of Excel and Word, specifically in creating tables);
  • Experience with Clio Manage;
  • Experience with Relativity;
  • Experienced in working with Adobe
