    Description

    Radiance Technologies is seeking a Senior Executive Staff Writer responsible for developing, editing and publishing operational and executive policy documents, weekly executive summaries, briefings, information papers, ghostwriting, organizational Standard Operating Procedures, mandated reports and other associated classified and unclassified written materials at the General Officer and Senior Civilian Staff Level within the High OPTEMPO US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) G3 Aerial-ISR Division on behalf of key leadership and senior staff principles.

    Candidate will use critical thinking to tailor the writing style to organizational needs when editing, formatting, and proofreading technical reports for publication to Congress, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and other military services.

    Responsible for ensuring products are grammatically correct and follow internal guidance.

    Candidate must be willing to work full-time onsite, independently, or closely with other staff authors throughout the review and publication process to ensure quality products are delivered in a timely manner.

    Required Skills


    • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
    • Able to expertly communicate written and orally with senior military staff leaders.
    • Experience creating senior-level briefings, white papers, information papers, and executive summaries.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites is a must; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, is a plus.
    Required Experience


    • BA in English, communications, or related discipline, and a minimum of five years of experience as a writer and/or editor. Relevant and equivalent experience (listed in resume) may be substituted for degree requirement.
    Desired Qualifications


    • MA or graduate coursework in English or related discipline.
    • Experience supporting executive or corporate leadership and collaborating with C-suite-level professionals.
    • Experience on a major military command headquarters or DoD staff.
