Job Description:

• The Delaware Solid Waste Authority is seeking a part-time Weighmaster to work at the Cherry Island Landfill in Wilmington, DE.

This position includes a comprehensive benefits package and offers opportunities for overtime. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating weigh system scales in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures established by DSWA.

• Key responsibilities include questioning facility users, weighing incoming and outbound vehicles, determining waste classification and destination, computing charges, directing traffic flow, providing information to licensed public collectors and contractors,
