    Our Greensboro Airport hotel is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of our hotel operations.

    The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in hotel management, proven experience in a market heavy with group and corporate business, and a strong background in food & beverage operations.

    Experience with Marriott brands and specifically LightSpeed PMS system would be ideal. The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader with a passion for guest satisfaction, associate culture and staff development.

    General Manager Responsibilities Include:

    • Oversee all hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
    • Collaborate with staff to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high standards of service
    • Develop and lead a team of staff members, providing coaching and training as needed
    • Interact with guests to ensure their needs are met and to address any concerns or issues
    • Maintain a handson approach to hotel operations, including assisting with tasks as needed
    • Maintain a flexible schedule to ensure availability during peak business hours
    • Complete all reporting and accounting in a timely and accurate manner
    This is a full-time management position and salary will be commensurate with experience.
