    The Event Sales Manager Assistant is integral in executing and overseeing events. This role assists the Sales team in crafting unique event concepts to exceed expectations, attract clients, and hit revenue goals. By handling client communication and product sales aligned with the Kismet brand, this position is vital for the company's ongoing growth and brand success.

    *Key Responsibilities:*

    1. **Sales Strategy Development:** Assist the Sales Team to create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to attract clients, sponsors, and partners for events.

    2. **Team Player:** Work cohesively with the Kismet team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

    3. **Client Relationship Management:** Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction.

    4. **Event Planning Collaboration:** Collaborate with event coordinators and other departments to ensure sales objectives align with event planning and execution.

    5. **Budget Management:** Responsible for managing the event sales budget, forecasting, and optimizing resources to maximize revenue.

    6. **Reporting:** Prepare regular sales reports, outlining achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

    7. **Communication:** Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the event planning process.

    8. **Quotes & Design Boards: Collaborate with the Sales team to generate client quotations, craft design boards, and engage in effective client communication to secure successful event contracts.

    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as an events manager
    • Skilled in project management
    • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
    • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
    • Excellent organizational skills

    • A team player with leadership skills
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
    • Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
