Job Summary
We are seeking a creative innovative and talented Project Designer to join our Charlotte NC teamThe Project Designer will provide production support review shop drawings submittals and respond to RFIs produce construction documents revisions and addenda take responsibility for finished plans specifications and approval of materialsand construction assist with budget management prepare design presentation materials work directly with clientand/or user group to develop schematic design concepts programming studies provide professional architectural consultation in the planning design coordination large complex projects write specifications as assigned conduct code research analysis review various agencies for approval collaborate engineers consultants contractors clients assume project manager role necessary prepare project proposals team budget schedule workforce projections supervise guidance regarding overall objectives critical issues new concepts policy matters ensure project meets environmental safety structural zoning aesthetic standards manage nurture client relationship supervise team members necessary perform administration include facilitation project communications maintenance records certification amounts due contractors preparation change orders support business development activities directed
