Two years fine dining service experience preferred. Strong knowledge of liquor, wine and beer required. Able to keep composure in fast paced environment. Must be multitask oriented, hardworking, guest service focused, and cheerful. Committed to resort goal of achieving 5 Star/Diamond rating. Must be able to be on feet for up to 10 hours.
