Carhop or Skating Carhop - Protho Junction - Sonic Drive-In

Description

Serving up great experiences at SONIC Drive-In restaurants, you'll be responsible for delivering food to guests in a safe and efficient manner. As a Carhop or Skating Carhop, you'll ensure all menu items meet operational standards, greet guests with a smile, and make accurate change quickly. You'll also carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds, serve guests in a timely manner, and clear trays from their cars.

Server Duties

• Meet operational standards on all restaurant menu items
• Polite and friendly greeting with a smile for all guests
• Accurate and efficient making of change for guests
• Carrying and balancing a tray weighing up to 25 pounds
• Timely serving of guests
• Clearing trays from guests' cars

Skating Carhop (Optional)

• Unique to the SONIC brand, bringing a special element to the guest experience
• Must complete the SONIC Skating Training Program
• Upon successful completion, perform duties while roller skating
• Roller skate proficiently and frequently on various surfaces when delivering food
• Continuously stand, balance, carry a tray, and sweep while roller skating
• General knowledge and understanding of the restaurant industry preferred
