    Responsibilities:

    Lead Supply Chain Practice growth in North America for Manufacturing industry.

    Responsible

    to create

    Practice growth strategy for Supply Chain along with SCM Practice Leader.

    Collaborate with Manufacturing Industry BU Leader in refining the strategy for Supply Chain Practice.

    Lead all RFP response activities with Client/ CP/ CRM and be the face of Supply Chain team in Manufacturing.

    Build strong relationships with Executives,

    Alliance

    and Sales teams of partners.

    Collaborate with Platform partners, devise joint Go

    To

    Market strategy for Manufacturing Industry and execute the same.

    Collaborate with Client Partners/ CRMs in proactive pipeline creation in Supply Chain for Manufacturing industry.

    Responsible to achieve the revenue/ margin/ TCV target for Supply Chain Practice in Manufacturing Industry.

    Accountable to develop industry specific solutions & frameworks along with Partners and internal

    CoE

    teams.

    Lead Analyst discussions in positioning Cognizant Supply Chain capabilities.

    Required

    Skills

    & Qualifications

    :

    16+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management domain which includes 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing industry.

    5+ years of experience in leading Supply Chain Planning sales/ pre-sales/ delivery.

    5+ years of techno-functional experience in SAP/ Oracle ERP domain

    Expert in Supply Chain domain across Planning, Execution & Procurement.

    Relevant techno-functional experience in Supply Chain platforms like Manhattan, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, O9, Coupa, etc.

    Ability to advise and plan with senior client executives on Supply Chain transformation.

    Strong Consulting led selling and communication skills.

    Strong interpersonal skills to work with variety of internal/ external stakeholders and shape th

    opportunity.

    Preferred Skills/Qualification:

    Worked in Large Scale transformational Projects.

    Exceptional decision making and problem-solving

    skills

    Exceptional personal time management, planning and organizational

    skills

    Salary and Other Compensation:


    This position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
