- Coordinate efficient pickup and delivery of equipment utilizing routing software while considering factors like traffic conditions, load size, and priority.
- Communicate effectively with all involved parties - drivers, sales reps, customers, to swiftly resolve any emerging issues.
- Maintain precise records of delivery schedules, routes, driver logs, and delivery confirmations to assess efficiency and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Assist in managing Delivery Department Assets by addressing equipment concerns, customer site issues, repair needs, equipment swaps, and safety matters.
