Responsibilities
Tend to clients' social and emotional needs by joining them in activitiesand providing companionship.Support mobility (help with walking/transfers or use
mobility aids.Take clients to their medical appointments or personal errands.Provide Medication reminders.Prepare meals do laundry and perform light housework.Assist with daily living tasks such as dressing toileting bathing grooming eating.Identify
and address safety issues in the home/facility.Keep accurate records of care provided.
