- Accurately enter guests' orders in POS system.
- Present menus to guests, answer inquiries about menu items, and suggest upgrades to enhance their dining experience and increase check average. Describe the preparation of menu items, including ingredients and cooking methods.
- Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
- Take payments for all orders.
- Verify guests' age by checking identification to comply with alcohol purchase requirements.
- Keep bars, work areas, and tables clean.
- Proactively manage issues related to guests' excessive drinking by alerting managers.
