    Lead the charge for maintenance excellence in property management to repair and maintain some of the best properties in townComplete work orders electronically, stocking the shop, delivering notices to residents, and complete additional tasks as directed by Property Manager.

    Troubleshoot and repair or replace plumbing, electrical equipment, appliances, building lighting and fixtures, as required.
    Responsible for completing lighting and property inspections electronically as often as the property requires.

    Patch damaged drywall, tape seams, then mud and sand. Paint interior of units, if requiredClean and maintain pools daily during season.


    Including, but not limited to:
    documentation of chemical testing throughout the day.
    Complete pre- and post-inspections follow-up repairs as directed by governmental agencies.
    Remove and replace damaged doors.
    Install countertops and cabinets, as required.
    Sweep or shovel rocks/mulch back into islands and landscape beds, if present.
    Cleanup of property grounds. Pick up trash, debris and cigarette butts around property and dumpsters. Empty trash barrels and ash urns, when present.

    Maintain regular and predictable attendanceRequired to clock in and out dailyAll other duties as assignedOne to three years maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family community settingQualifications:Valid EPA certification or must be certified within 90 days of employment.

    The company will pay for this certification, which consists of the first test and a retake.

    One to three years maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family community settingExcellent mechanical, electrical and plumbing skills requiredYardi experience preferredAbility to work on a rotating on-call scheduleValid Drivers License, reliable transportation and valid insurance requiredPersonal Smart Phone is necessary in this position (monthly reimbursement available)Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge preferredThe ability to keep functioning effectively when under pressure and maintain self-control in the face of hostility or provocation.
