- Develop and implement systems, policies, and procedures for identification, collection, and analysis of performance improvement data.
- Manage the organization's preparation, record keeping, and report of significant findings related to patient care practices and presents findings and analyses.
- Lead and facilitate quality assessments, processes, data analysis, and performance improvement activities using the Lean Six Sigma advance problem-solving methodology.
- Provide technical oversight and management of the organization's performance improvement program.
- Analyze the facilities patient outcomes, safety and quality data received from various sources to assess the validity of the data.

About the Position: This position is with the Defense Health Agency. It is located within the Martin Army Community Hospital Director of Executive Quality Management in Fort Moore, GA. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Management and Program Analyst that performs duties as the Performance Improvement Coordinator (PIC).
