- Prioritize, plan, and execute plumbing tasks from work orders, coordinating with staff and vendors for supplies.
- Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, including water heaters and boilers, ensuring safety protocols.
- Diagnose and fix malfunctioning boiler and hot water controls, electrical components, and cross connection control devices.
- Conduct tests and repairs for natural gas and air-line leaks, as well as investigate and resolve sewer gas odors.
- Perform piping repairs, replacements, and installations for various systems, including domestic hot water and irrigation.
- Provide 24/7 emergency response for plumbing issues and assist with snow removal as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum four (2) years of plumbing and training.
- Must have and maintain a valid State of Colorado Plumber's license.
- Must have and maintain a valid Colorado Driver's License and meet District insurability standards.
- Have the ability with or without accommodations to meet the physical demands of the position.
