    Location: Denver Metro

    Work Type: Direct hire, full time

    Pay: $50,000 - $62,720 annually

    What You'll Do:

    • Prioritize, plan, and execute plumbing tasks from work orders, coordinating with staff and vendors for supplies.
    • Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, including water heaters and boilers, ensuring safety protocols.
    • Diagnose and fix malfunctioning boiler and hot water controls, electrical components, and cross connection control devices.
    • Conduct tests and repairs for natural gas and air-line leaks, as well as investigate and resolve sewer gas odors.
    • Perform piping repairs, replacements, and installations for various systems, including domestic hot water and irrigation.
    • Provide 24/7 emergency response for plumbing issues and assist with snow removal as needed.

    What You'll Need:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Minimum four (2) years of plumbing and training.
    • Must have and maintain a valid State of Colorado Plumber's license.
    • Must have and maintain a valid Colorado Driver's License and meet District insurability standards.
    • Have the ability with or without accommodations to meet the physical demands of the position.
