Role Overview:

As the Administrator, you will be the driving force behind offering more services and enhancing resident experiences, pushing beyond our already stellar reputation. This role requires a visionary leader who is dedicated to elevating every aspect of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of administration for the campus and lead the leaders to ensuring top-quality care and efficient operations.
• Lead initiatives to expand services and improve the resident experience, maintaining our status as a leader in the sector
• Foster a positive community for residents and staff, aligned with our culture of excellence.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in senior living management as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and leader
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• Must possess an unencumbered Indiana Nursing Home Administrator license, (we will wait for out of state transfers)
• A proven track record of leadership success in senior living, supported by excellent references
