- Oversee all aspects of administration for the campus and lead the leaders to ensuring top-quality care and efficient operations.
- Lead initiatives to expand services and improve the resident experience, maintaining our status as a leader in the sector
- Foster a positive community for residents and staff, aligned with our culture of excellence.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in senior living management as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and leader
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- Must possess an unencumbered Indiana Nursing Home Administrator license, (we will wait for out of state transfers)
- A proven track record of leadership success in senior living, supported by excellent references
