    The Role:

    hiring a Facilities Systems

    Administrator in Billerica, MA

    to

    lead the sustainment and development of Facilities

    Operating Systems

    .

    What You'll Do:
    Independently manage and perform all Facilities

    purchasing

    and procurement

    .

    Work with internal trades on material needs to create purchase

    requisitions

    Work with external service providers to ensure receipts of purchase

    orders

    Provide analytical acumen to independently resolve invoic

    ing

    problems

    Utilize

    self-directed

    continuous improvement

    to prevent invoicing

    problems

    Ability to detect invoicing

    errors

    Administer the Facilities work order and preventative maintenance program.

    Field end user Facilities work order requests and assign to

    appropriate

    trade

    Issue preventative maintenance orders according to schedule

    Enter new assets, PM schedules and work

    instructions

    Attach service records and costs to work orders.

    Lead the Facilities Department vendor management program

    .

    Run rate utility spend to forecast utility budgets

    , annual blanket

    PO's

    Work with upper management on forecasts and budgets

    Work with vendors and contactors for SOWs for annual service

    , renewal of service agreements

    Create and communicate schedules.

    Coordinate internal impacts.

    Monitor and report key Department performance metrics

    Assist

    in Facilities audits, controlled document creation and corrective action

    Provide spot receptionist coverage as needed.

    Assist

    team members and software training.

    Execute data administration projects as needed.


    Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
    Full acquaintance

    with enterprise software

    administration

    (

    SAP experience highly beneficial

    )

    Considerable

    knowledge of

    purchasing,

    planning

    buying

    ,

    contracts, and agreements.

    Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to fully resolve supplier, invoicing, and accounting obstacles.

    Ability to

    meet deadlines

    fast paced

    environment.


    What We Seek:
    Bachelor's Degree

    and/or equivalent experience

    SAP or equivalent knowledge

    .

    Familiarity with Manufacturing pace and environment

    Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

    Experience as a buyer planner or in sourcing.
