    Ennoble First is currently seeking a Scrum Master for an upcoming opportunity providing Data Visualization Services to the US Army Core of Engineers Primary Responsibilities:


    • Coordinate all activities of the scrum team using Agile methodology and scrum practices to manage scope and timelines
    • Coordinate and manage backlog, sprints, metrics, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
    • Help the Product Owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
    • Help teams implement product or capability changes effectively
    • Provide the capability for stakeholders to routinely obtain the status of open and closed User Stories (requirements)
    • Create and update individual product backlogs resulting from an Agile development approach
    • Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
    • Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.
    • Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
    • Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.
    • Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams

    Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:

    • US citizenship.
    • At least (10) years' experience working in a Dept of Defense environment as a certified Scrum Master
    • Active Secret Clearance
    • Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT-II) certification
