    Our work depends on a Senior Financial Analyst joining our team and utilizing their financial skills to support the Project Manager and Product Managers in ensuring advanced medical products have the funding to ensure medical products are available to help the Warfighter.


    HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT


    Provide support for the yearly spend plan as well as the current and annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM) build for the Other Procurement, Army (OPA), Operations and Maintenance, Army (OMA), and/or Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDTE) funding.

    Support product managers in budgetary and financial functions associated purchase and procurement of goods/services.
    Provide assistance with product specific medical materiel development budget formulations, justifications, and oversight monitoring, and submission of status reports and accompanying recommendations

    Use the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), initiate Purchase Requisitions, execute monthly financial reports for obligations and disbursement rates, and query multiple reports.

    Recommend methods for effective and efficient use of funding in the budget and planning years, and analyze obligation and disbursement rates against budget.

    Analyze and provide reports on programmatic planning and execution data, provide periodic updates to financial plans inclusive of planned release schedules, current fiscal year activity, and prepare reports that will be used to brief senior leadership.

    Handle demanding situations with clarity, focus and professionalism, and respond quickly to quick turnaround taskers.

    Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
