- Develop, implement and manage record keeping, budgeting tools and reporting to ensure effective and efficient vocational programming.
- Develop, manage and direct the use of technologies in the areas of web site development, on line ordering, financial reporting.

The Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) is a sex offense specific treatment program in a modified therapeutic community and secure setting that provides comprehensive services to 740 civilly committed clients.
Services include sex offense specific treatment, education programming, therapeutic recreation, vocational programming and volunteer services, and health and wellness.Our team in Moose Lake, MN is seeking a dynamic, dedicated individual to join us for a unique and rewarding career opportunity as a Supervisor of Clinical Programming-Vocation.
This position provides supervision to professional staff in development and implementation of vocational programming.Minimum Qualifications
o Completion of a State of Minnesota leadership program (e.g. ELI, L4)
o A paid/unpaid position leading a program or chairing a committee (e.g.
ERG) - must include:
§ 1+ year of experience identifying issues, goals and strategic actions, 100+ hours per year time commitment
AND
o Planning and development of administrative activities to maintain departmental goals.
OR
o Supervising business functions which may include 1 or more of the following; purchasing, inventory management, cost analysis, product pricing, procurement, planning and managing budgets, reviewing financial statements and reports.
o Providing leadership in the development, expansion and maintenance of departmental priorities, tasks and responsibilities.Preferred Qualifications
