Walden Behavioral Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our dedicated team in Dedham, MA.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child and adolescent psychiatry, with a focus on providing evidence-based care for individuals with eating disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions.
Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments for children and adolescents presenting with eating disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.Treatment Planning and Implementation:
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address the unique needs of child and adolescent patients.
Work collaboratively with psychologists, therapists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care.
Collaborate with families to develop strategies for managing and supporting their child's mental health.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Graduate of an accredited MD program.
Psychiatry Residency completed from an accredited institution.
Board certification in Child and Adolescent psychiatry.
Knowledge and skills compatible to an individual with board certification in Psychiatry
Experience with adults, children and adolescents, strongly preferred
Current unrestricted license in the state of MA in Psychiatry (MD/DO)
Board eligible/Board certified in Psychiatry
