    Execute experiments from set up to take down, and downstream cellular analysis.

    The position will play a critical role in the generation of new vector constructs and troubleshooting the vector expression in CAR T cells.

    Design, generate, and characterize CAR or other constructs for genetically modified T cells.
    Independently design and lead pre-clinical in-life studies including downstream analysis.

    Collect, analyze, and present scientific data to the research and management teams; Coordinate research efforts and make key scientific and technical contributions for the strategic development of cross-functional projects.

    The candidate will perform independent experimental research but will work in close collaboration with the rest of the scientific team in a highly cross-functional and project-oriented environment.

    PhD or Master degree in Immunology or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of industry or academic experience in immunology and in vivo oncology or pharmacology.

    Exceptional laboratory skills, with demonstrated proficiency in the development and execution of primary immune cell assays (T cell and/or myeloid cell).

    Deep understanding of adaptive immunity including T cell, B cell, myeloid or dendritic cell biology.
    Working knowledge of all stages of CAR design and virus generation.

    Processing of mouse spleen, Lymph nodes for downstream analysis
    RNAseq analysis, Exome sequencing
