- Current Washington or Multistate license required by date of hire

- Minimum of 2 years of OR RN experience or graduate of Peacehealth Southwest Medical Center Perioperative Internship (or equivalent education and/or experience).
- Ability to scrub and circulate preferred. CVOR experience preferred.
- Hourly compensation is $ $73.90; hiring rate dependent on qualifications and professional experience and/or terms of Collective Bargaining Agreement.
