About the Job:

We're seeking a skilled physical therapist to diagnose and treat individuals with mobility limitations, focusing on alleviating pain and enhancing their quality of life.

This role involves creating customized treatment plans that push patients to achieve their highest level of physical function.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive therapy programs aimed at improving patient mobility, relieving pain, increasing strength, and preventing deformities


• Record patient information for evaluation purposes


• Educate patients and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home


• Demonstrate documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and meet all regulatory requirements


• Analyze and record therapeutic progress; recommend necessary adjustments as needed


• Foster adherence to established safety procedures during the therapy process
