- Minimum Requirements
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience is required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for Leading the plant's manufacturing operations to achieve customer satisfaction, meet critical business objectives, and drive the long-term success of the business by leveraging EBS tools and resources from the entire operation. The Manufacturing Manager will directly manage the operations of the machining, assembly, paint, and packaging operations of the Eaton Hydraulics Shawnee, OK facility. The Manufacturing Manager will plan, organize, direct, and control all facets of the manufacturing operations while guiding the cross-functional value stream teams. The Manufacturing Manager will drive performance and deploy a continuous improvement framework (CIF) to achieve or exceed financial plans, employee engagement, and strategic goals.
