We are currently in search of a dedicated full-time (40 hours/week; benefits eligible) Family and Community Support Coordinator based in Rockland within our Housing and Energy Services Department.
Location:
Rockland, Maine. As the successful applicant, you will play a crucial role in providing intake and assessment for Penquis' Home Energy Assistance Program. You will work closely with clients to reduce their household's energy dependency by assessing their needs, offering energy education, determining program eligibility, and collaboratively developing short- and long-term plans for family and client well-being. Additionally, you will focus on cultivating relationships with other service providers to enhance the coordination of services and resources available to our clients.
