    Description

    Job Title: Nursing Assistant at Grand Lake Health System

    Work Hours:
    • Full-time position: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
    • Required to work every third weekend and holiday rotation
    Responsibilities:
    • Seeking a Nursing Assistant with strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Completion of a basic telemetry course required to fulfill the monitor watcher role.
    • Demonstrate solid clinical skills for various patient care activities.
    • Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
    • Willingness to float to different work areas and meet physical demands of the job.
    • Preferred qualification: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA).
    Requirements:
    • Weekend and holiday rotations as part of scheduling.
    • Flexible schedule to accommodate department needs.
    Education/Certifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    Experience:
    • Prior nursing assistant experience is a plus.
