Job summary
The Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University seeks a faculty leader to serve as the Assistant Dean of Evaluation and Accreditation for Graduate Medical Education (GME). The Assistant Dean reports to the Designated Institutional Official (DIO) and provides strategic leadership for institutional accreditation, program evaluation, and continuous improvement across all ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship programs.This faculty role provides executive oversight of GME accreditation strategy, institutional compliance, and evaluation systems. The Assistant Dean partners closely with GME leadership, department chairs, program directors, and institutional stakeholders to ensure alignment with ACGME requirements,
a culture of continuous improvement.
