    Summary of Duties:

    • Guide the overall technical implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Financials) business transformation program.
    • Oversee the entire technical work of the Oracle Cloud implementation, work with internal team members, stakeholders ensuring the business processes are designed and meets the business requirements.
    • Understand the customizations done at the program level and articulate the pros and cons of with an impact analysis of each customization and the value add.
    • Research the latest technologies, develop and enforce standards and best practices, and play a key role in the overall architecture for the Order to Cash solution.
    • Review business processes, identify gaps and approach the solution in tactical and strategic way.
    • Review Oracle's quarterly release package and educate the business stakeholders how the OOTB feature will benefit the program.
    • Review and report the impact of taking on addition or deletion of customization to the program and do a feasibility study of what it will take to roll out the new features.
    • Assisting with the business process review, design, development, E2E integration solutioning and recommend reliable and reusable business application flows that address ERP gaps and related application needs.
    • Utilize and develop organizational best practices throughout the project lifecycle to deliver systems/applications that meet business and technical requirements.
    • Provide expert knowledge of software development, its methodologies, and documentation including requirements analysis, architecture design, project plans, status reporting, process flow diagrams, functional requirements, SOW's, GAP analysis, test plans, training materials, and other items as needed to ensure the success of the program.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field of study AND Six (6) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Must also have demonstrated experience with the following: Oracle ERP Cloud Infrastructure; Oracle Cloud Business Process, Oracle Reports, Integrations, Conversions, and Enhancements (RICE); Implementing multiple Oracle cloud projects, mainly Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle SCM cloud, and related Oracle EPM Cloud offerings, including Data and Analytics; Utilizing Oracle Financials, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management; Utilizing various integration tools and exposure to all the PaaS solutions and tools; Run discovery sessions with internal stakeholders/business users, collect requirements, educate on Oracle cloud solutions/strategies, and independently develop proposals; Software architecture and designs that can be implemented by other teams; Cloud native applications and micro-services architectures to support integration solutions; Utilizing modern, cloud focused development workflows and architect highly available and scalable solutions; Understanding all of technical capabilities of SaaS, PaaS and IaaS from an extensions, Integration and reporting perspective, and be able to articulate technical solutions involving these limited features; and Modern programing and scripting languages (EL, Groovy, JavaScript or Web Services (SOAP & REST using XML/JSON Payloads)).
