- Handle new inbound calls, inquiries, web form submissions, and web-based chats, and provide them with information, support, and resources to help them access life-saving treatment.
- Use your communication skills to build rapport, assess their needs, overcome objections, and guide them through the admissions process.
- Follow up with existing Sandstone Care clients and assist our therapists with client placement before, during, and after their treatment programs.
- Experience in a metrics-driven environment: You can work in a fast-paced and data-driven environment, where you monitor and improve your performance based on key metrics.
- Proficiency in various computer systems: You can use various computer systems and software, such as CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), billing software, medical health records systems, and Office Suite.
- You can communicate effectively and persuasively in both written and verbal English.
- Experience meeting Monthly KPIs: You have a track record of achieving and exceeding your performance goals.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center OR sales environment You have at least one year of experience in a customer-facing OR sales driven role, where you have demonstrated your ability to communicate effectively, build rapport, and overcome objections.
- Admissions experience: You have previous admissions experience in the substance use and mental health field.
- Educational background: You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
