Your mission in the Finance team:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our global finance team with a strategic focus on international business, manufacturing, operational performance and digital business transformation.

This role is designed for a professional who goes beyond traditional accounting tasks to become a true business partner, helping the organization understand and optimize financial performance across the company.

Your day-to-day:

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
Contribute to the month-end closing process, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of transactions affecting financial results and validate inputs.
Assist with research for accounting treatments for new and complex transactions.
Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.

Drive performance insights:
Go beyond reporting to interpret trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.

Collaborate globally:
Partner with cross-functional teams across regions to support decision-making and enhance transparency.

Enable digital transformation:
Leverage technology and analytics to streamline

Your profile:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is preferred.

Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite preferred) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge:
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

Analytical Thinking:
Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Attention to Detail:
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulations.

Communication:
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Integrity:
High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical standards.
