Main Function

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility
• Monitor and document health status of all participants for whom he/she is responsible

The role supports staff in delivering person-centered support plans tailored to meet each individual’s needs for physical maintenance and normal living tasks (ADLs), psycho-social stimulation,
Maintenance a clean safe environment by performing routine cleaning duties maintaining inventory levels ensuring supplies work order requests submitted timely fashion being aware follow safety protocols making necessary adjustments accomplishing objectives set forth program remains relevant staying engaged fostering use useful skills throughout day-long routines one could contribute including multiple learning paths speaking truthfully give voice choice feel empowered.
