As a Cold Header Set Up Operator (also known as Cold Heading Machine Operator, Cold Header Technician), you'll be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining a variety of cold heading machines. You'll troubleshoot quality issues during production, assist other operators, and contribute to training initiatives. You'll also ensure that all setup procedures are followed, document changes, and communicate vital information across shifts. Your role will be crucial in suggesting changes to enhance machine production and adhering to 6-S principles.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, climb, and reach.
• Experience with machine setups for production runs, blueprint reading, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, basic computer skills, and shop math skills.
• Completion of Cold Heading Operator testing and mastery of the essential functions of that role.
