- 10+ years experience in product marketing, with a focus on multi-product organizations & B2C experience.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing product marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of consumer markets in B2C
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Deep knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the Student Lending, Consumer Lending, FinTech, Tech and/or EdTech industries.

A little about our pay philosophy: We take pride in compensating our employees fairly and equitably. We are showcasing a range of your potential base salary, determined primarily based on a candidate's location. Earnest takes a market-based approach, categorizing U.S. locations into one of five zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate's starting pay will also be determined based on job-related qualifications, internal compensation, and budget. This range may be modified in the future.
