Description

Anne's Hospital Regional Cancer Center in Fall River, located one hour from Boston and 20 minutes from Providence, is seeking an additional Hematology/Oncology physician to join our successful, well-established group.

This is an employed position at a cancer center on-site at the hospital. Outstanding collegial relationships with local physicians and academic medical centers in Boston. There is 24/7 hospitalist coverage and weekend call will be in 1 in 6. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package offered along with $25K sign-on bonus.

Founded by the Dominican Sisters of the Presentation in 1906, Saint Annes Hospital in Fall River, Massachusetts, is a full-service, acute care Catholic hospital with 211 beds and satellites in Attleboro, Swansea, Dartmouth, New Bedford, and Stoughton, Massachusetts.

The hospital provides nationally recognized patient and family centered exceptional inpatient and outpatient clinical services to patients from surrounding Massachusetts and Rhode Island communities.

Saint Annes provides specialized care for cancer patients who require hospitalization, delivering holistic care that addresses a patients physical, emotional and spiritual needs.

Advanced external radiation therapy and brachytherapy, including:
Stereotactic body radiation therapy
High-dose rate, intensity modulated and image guided radiation therapies
Outpatient chemotherapy clinic
Access to select national clinical trials
Comprehensive laboratory and pathology services
Specialized nutrition, social work, spiritual care, medical interpreter and other support care
Hospice care
Community health screenings, prevention education and support groups
CT, ultrasound and PET/CT, MRI, mobile MRI and mammogram
