- Dispensing medications and chemotherapy agents accurately and efficiently.
- Compounding sterile preparations for chemotherapy administration.
- Monitoring patient profiles to ensure appropriate medication therapy.
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to develop and adjust treatment plans.
- Providing patient education on medication use, side effects, and self-care strategies.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations regarding pharmacy operations.
- Contributing to the overall functioning of the oncology pharmacy team.
- Active and Clear Indiana Pharmacist License.
- Oncology Pharmacy Experience a plus
- Sterile Compounding or Home Infusion Experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
