    The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment focused on driving brand awareness, creating behavioral change and increasing audience engagement for all of our digital and client-facing content.

    The role requires experience working with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics and Monday and managing client outreach programs from planning to execution.

    What you'll doOwn demand generation, including design, development, testing, launch, reporting and maintenance of digital outreach, social media, website analytics and webinarsWork closely with the Sales Operations team to manage Salesforce / HubSpotIntegration ensuring accurate reporting, lead-to-deal tracking and database cleanlinessTake the initiative to create and manage client role-based workflows to nurture leads and customersBuild and maintain key reporting metrics to better understand the impact of marketing campaigns on client conversion while recommending key improvementsMonitor ongoing email performance, deliverability and overall account reputation to ensure our emails are reaching the intended audienceWork closely with Product, Marketing and other internal teams to build and refine customer journeys for differentiated target segmentsStay up to date on email and demand-gen best practices to develop clear recommendations on how to improve response rates and overall engagementManage trade show activity to assist with sales interactionsRequired skills and experienceBachelor's degree and relevant work experience in B2B marketing, communications or similar areaHealthcare / Life sciences industry experience strongly preferred3+ years experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platformsHands-on experience building and optimizing campaign/program effectiveness using dataStrong writing and communications skills with a keen eye for detailLove of testing and problem solving with a fast-paced trial and error mentality Proven abilities in project management and meeting deadlines$70,000 - $115,000 a yearBase salary for the role is commensurate with experience + annual bonus opportunity.

    Hiring LocationsOur strong preference is to hire team members in the Philadelphia area whenever possible. Expansion beyond Philadelphia will occur when necessary with travel to our Philadelphia headquarters as required.
