Automotive Quick Service Technician

Responsibilities:
Perform all lubrication services.
Perform thorough check of customer's car (i.e., battery, lights, tires), referring all needed repairs and preventative maintenance to Service Advisor.
Operate and maintain all lubrication equipment.Inspect fluid levels of steering gear, power steering reservoir, transmission, differential, rear axle housings, and shackles.
Check air pressure of tires.
Replace oil and air filters.
Change batteries, bulbs, tire rotations.
Inspect all vehicles for additional repairs that may be needed.
Ensure customer cars are kept clean.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of hands-on automotive repair experience.
Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Pay Incentives
The Service Porter has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.
Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $17.00 to $19.00.
The position may also pay a bonus compensation which is based on the value or number of closed sales achieved from $0.00 to $250 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.
The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 to $250(if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
Pre-employment drug test / background check required, which will help assure we build a team of people who can best work with others and serve our customer's needs.
