We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to assist the Sales Department in developing customer loyalty.Responsibilities
- Assisting the team in answering incoming requests for more information, including emails, phone calls, and texts.
- FOLLOWING UP WITH POTENTIAL CLIENTS AND CONSUMERS FOR SCHEDULES PRODUCT DETAILS APPLICATIONS AND OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE PURPOSES
- SCHEDULING TRAININGS AND MEETINGS
- TRAINING CLIENTS AND CUSTOMERS ON DIFFERENT ASPECT OF CBCMA DAILY OPERATIONS GUIDELINES PROCEDURES
- HANDLING INCOMING APPLICATION FOR NEW CLINETS OBSERVNG MORTGAGE SALES TRENDS ACROSS THE US PROPOSING RESPONSE TO SAID TRENDSD PREPARING MATERIAL TO BE PUBLISHED BOTH INTERNALLY EXTERNALLY MAINTAIN A HEALTHY OPEN COMMUNICATION WITH YOUR SUPERVISOR PARTICIPATE IN OUTBOUND CALL CAMPAIGNSB OUTBOUNDEMAIL CAMPAIGNS
