- 1-2 years auto adjuster experience
- Experience handling low complexity auto non injury liability claims
- Understanding of auto claims contracts
- Application of case law, state laws and regulations
- Bachelors degree
- Active adjuster license
- Multi-vehicle claims liability experience
- Guidewire claims center experience
- Contract interpretation: Liability & physical damage coverage (Pat A &D)
- Dispute resolution experience:
- Liability investigation/comparative negligence and unrelated prior vehicle damages
- Arbitration/subrogation kowledge

Summary:
Insight Global is seeking Auto Claims adjusters to join our team in Phoenix, AZ and Colorado Springs, CO. The Auto Adjuster will adjust complex auto insurance claims presented by or against members to include the full life cycle claims process in settling the claims. They will help to investigate complex auto claims such as: comprehensive, collision, property damage liability and rental vehicle coverages. Daily responsibilities include but not limited to:
Negotiate liability for comparative negligence (claimant or adverse carrier).
Identify coverage concerns, reviews prior loss history, determine and create Special Investigation Unit (SIU) referrals, when appropriate.
Interact with multiple parties to gather information needed to determine liability (police reports, recorded statements, witness statements).
Clearly documents thought process including damage evaluation, investigation, negotiation, and settlement decisions
Apply developing knowledge of P&C insurance industry products, services, to include P&C insurance policy contracts, coverages and internal claims handling process and procedures.
